Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical evaluations of dealer inventories and reconcile them with dealer records.

• Effectively communicate with dealer and corporate office staff.

• Verify collateral, assess its condition, and provide timely and accurate reports.

• Organize and schedule inspections to guarantee efficient completion within the designated timeline.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC to perform services.

• Own a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory financing, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A readiness to learn and collaborate in a team environment is essential.

• Flexible availability during weekday business hours.

• Reliable transportation and possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfortable with the use of mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.
