Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical inspections of dealer inventories

• Reconcile inventory data with dealer documentation

• Liaise with dealer and home office staff

• Verify collateral and evaluate condition

• Deliver timely and precise reporting

• Organize and plan inspections for effective completion within specified timelines

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while executing services

⛳️ Requirements

• Available during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Access to reliable transportation

• Possession of a valid driver’s license

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius

• Comfortable using mobile applications

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously

• Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS)

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory

• Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
