Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories and reconcile them with dealer documentation.

• Effectively communicate with both dealer and home office staff.

• Confirm collateral, evaluate its condition, and provide timely and accurate reporting.

• Organize and schedule inspections to ensure efficient completion within the designated timeline.

• Use a company-provided tablet PC to carry out services.

• Have access to a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and be available during weekday business hours.

• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfortable with using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.
