Field Inventory Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Assist the Lead Auditor and the Audit Department in conducting store audits.

• Accurately and efficiently count inventory at the store level in a professional manner.

• Maintain communication with the Lead Auditor.

• Engage with the Store Analyst as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Audit Supervisor to ensure precise store counts.

• Investigate audit findings as directed.

• Carry out additional tasks that may change with or without prior notice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Capability to take responsibility for work and foster relationships with stores.

• Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Team-oriented with a professional attitude.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, work close to the ground, and climb ladders for extended periods.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Ability to hear and speak for store and office support via phone.

• Capacity to periodically lift merchandise weighing over 40 lbs. for accurate counting.

• Willingness to work in extreme cold or hot environments, including coolers, sheds, drive-thru areas, and freezers.

• Familiarity with using a handheld scanner.
