Field Inventory Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Confirm merchandise and cash accuracy in Company stores through physical counts utilizing a handheld computer.

• Alert store managers about pricing discrepancies and remove outdated merchandise.

• Count and document cash, checks, and food stamps within registers, TACC tubes, and safes.

• Authenticate money orders, manage lottery ticket inventory, and oversee bank deposits.

• Assess gasoline inventory by gauging tanks and checking for water presence.

• Conduct surveys to ensure adherence to operational and financial protocols.

• Adhere to safety guidelines, rules, and regulations.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Support team objectives by achieving related outcomes.

• Lift items up to 25 lbs as part of the physical demands of the position.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory auditing or retail experience in a convenience store setting.

• Valid driver's license with no significant infractions.

• Current liability car insurance required.

• Willingness to travel overnight on occasion.

• Ability to sit, talk, and/or hear regularly.

• Capable of using hands to handle or grasp items.

• Ability to stand, walk, and reach occasionally.

• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
