Field Install Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily project workflow for ongoing store remodels/resets and department resets.

• Uphold, implement, and ensure adherence to company brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

• Carry out merchandising initiatives, maintain planograms, manage product packouts, and oversee display/signage upkeep.

• Collaborate with teams on-site and deliver services to various store departments.

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently execute approved general bay services, tasks, projects, and resets.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with store associates.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Ensure that POP signage, price tags, and other visual merchandising elements comply with the Merchandising Standards Guide.

• Guarantee that safety and operational protocols are adhered to during project execution.

• Complete projects and assignments within the designated timelines.

• Relay cross-project information related to sets, fixtures, merchandise layouts, and bay elevations.

• Implement project timelines and notify the District Install Manager of any issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, or a comparable combination of education and experience that is adequate for fulfilling the essential functions of the position.

• Experience in a retail setting and in a merchandising role.

• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and team-building proficiency.

• Outstanding organizational abilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Exceptional customer service skills and the capacity to perform well under pressure.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Regular car travel is required.

• Capability to exert between 10 and 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise maneuver objects.
