Field Implementation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide product installations and customer training that adhere to regulatory standards and ensure high quality.

• Collaborate with the Customer Implementation Team to develop Implementation Plans.

• Carry out technical installation tasks, which include assembling equipment and configuring software.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements during all installation processes.

• Record and escalate any installation-related issues as needed.

• Engage in Technical Implementation Team Meetings to enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a similar technical discipline; equivalent experience may be accepted.

• Preferred: Around 3+ years of experience in technical installation, field service, or complex equipment deployment within a regulated setting (ISO, FDA, MDR, etc.).

• Preferred: Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or intricate equipment installations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with installation management applications, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
