Field Event Recruitment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the recruitment strategy for designated field marketing programs, determining the best combination of marketing channels, sales engagement, and outreach methods to meet attendance and pipeline objectives.

• Develop a structured follow-up strategy that aligns with the recruitment plan, creating a unified campaign.

• Assess event performance and suggest improvements for recruitment investment, audience makeup, and event variety.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to establish target account prioritization and attendee recruitment strategies.

• Examine historical event performance, metrics, and market trends to shape future recruitment strategies for events.

• Propose modifications to event investments, promotional strategies, and campaign execution based on business results.

• Act as the marketing lead for attendee recruitment and follow-up decisions for assigned events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 2–4 years of pertinent experience.

• Capability to work independently on projects and processes.

• Comprehensive theoretical understanding of the relevant work area.

• Ability to adapt to various situations and grasp new technologies and processes as per business needs.

• Familiarity with marketing automation and outreach tools.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects or events concurrently.

• Strong communication abilities and cross-functional teamwork skills.

• Data-driven mindset for tracking performance and identifying risks proactively.

• Occasional travel required to support field events.
