📋 Description

• Develop Haus's event marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing leadership, focusing on event selection, formats, and target accounts.

• Manage the entire range of Haus-hosted events, including executive dinners, partnerships, sponsorships, conferences, summits, and roadshows.

• Oversee event execution from start to finish, which includes messaging, materials, venue selection, vendor and contract negotiations, registration, agendas, staffing, signage, on-site production, and logistics.

• Manage the event marketing budget and make tradeoff decisions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, and BDR teams on target account selection, pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.

• Evaluate post-event pipeline impact and determine which events to repeat or discontinue.

• Experiment with new event formats and engagement strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Work closely with product marketing, content marketing, customer marketing, marketing leadership, Sales, Demand Generation, and BDR teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in field/event marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, with full ownership of programs.

• Proven ability to engage Sales teams, build trust with representatives, and drive pre- and post-event engagement with accounts.

• Demonstrated success in linking events to pipeline and revenue outcomes, rather than merely attendance figures.

• Experience managing multiple event formats simultaneously, including owned events, sponsorships, conferences, and roadshows.

• Accountability for budget management.

• Strong skills in vendor management and contract negotiations.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt plans on short notice.

• Comfortable working without a fully developed playbook and capable of creating structure in ambiguous situations.

• Background in marketing or ad tech, or a willingness to quickly gain proficiency.

• Experience marketing to senior professionals in marketing, analytics, or finance.

• Experience at a company transitioning from mid-market to enterprise.

• Experience in building a field/event marketing program from the ground up.

• Familiarity with small-format and executive dinner events, not just large-scale conferences.

• A keen interest in new AI tools and proficiency in leveraging them effectively.
