Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Repair and service floorcare equipment at customer locations throughout Southwest London.

• Respond to breakdowns and perform maintenance visits at customer sites.

• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Monitor and manage van stock levels to ensure a high first-time fix rate.

• Reduce machine downtime through remote diagnostics and remote repair solutions.

• Engage in all training sessions provided.

• Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure a safe work environment.

• Organize work in an efficient and productive manner.

• Keep Salesforce records up to date.

• Coordinate with the Planning team regarding parts and pending jobs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Full Driving Licence (Essential).

• Experience in electrical or mechanical repairs, such as automobiles, electric wheelchairs, forklifts, motorcycle mechanics, household appliances, or boiler repairs (Essential).

• Commitment to quality and service excellence.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• Availability to work 7.25 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 17:00, with some flexibility required.

• Willingness to participate in all offered training.

• Capability to maintain PPE and adhere to safety protocols.

• Proficiency in using Salesforce and communicating with the Planning team.
