This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Install, service, maintain, and repair hygiene dispensing systems, chemical dosing equipment, and TASKI floorcare machinery.
• Identify and rectify electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and address breakdown repairs.
• Set up and commission new equipment at client locations.
• Deliver technical assistance while fostering strong relationships with customers.
• Keep van inventory to enhance first-time fix rates.
• Fill out service reports and update records in Salesforce.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards consistently.
• Preferred: Recognized qualification in Electrical or Electronic fields.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, installation, or engineering positions.
• Proficient fault-finding skills in electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
• Comfortable working with electro-mechanical devices.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your workload.
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, and IT.
• Possess a full, clean driving license.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays (usually about two nights per month).
