📋 Description

• Engage in proactive daily communication with customers to ensure issues are resolved and appropriate follow-ups are conducted, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.

• Complete health and safety documentation prior to starting each installation or repair.

• Ensure the “Job Sheet” is fully completed and signed by an authorized individual before departing from the installation or repair site.

• Execute assigned tasks punctually, accurately, and with a high standard of workmanship.

• Address customer inquiries regarding perceived faulty equipment, propose solutions, and assign appropriate equipment.

• Maintain the precision of assigned inventory to guarantee accountability and stock integrity, ensuring all company equipment is securely stored at all times.

• Promote a ‘tidy van, tidy mind’ philosophy.

• Ability to showcase strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and logical decision-making skills.

• A hands-on individual who is willing to 'roll up their sleeves' to solve any challenges that may arise within the department.

• Possess a clean UK Driving License.

• A team player who is self-motivated and confident, capable of thriving in a dynamic setting.

• Proven capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Initiative and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and a "can do" attitude.

• A strong commitment to driving continuous improvements in systems and processes.

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to stay overnight when required.

• Outstanding communication and listening skills.

• A polite, confident, and friendly demeanor.

• Flexibility and quick-thinking capabilities.

• Well-organized and diligent, even when under pressure.
