This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Maintenance and Installation in the Field: You will serve as the primary expert for the installation and upkeep of EPOS hardware and kiosks.

• Data Cabling: Engage in hands-on 1st and 2nd fix data cabling, ensuring dependable connectivity and functionality at every location.

• Software Proficiency: Utilize your foundational software skills to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, minimizing disruption for the client’s customers.

• Power Tool Operation: Skillfully handle tools such as grinders, impact drivers, and SDS drills to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

• Work Environment: Various aspects of the role will require you to be on customer-facing sites, construction sites, at heights, and in confined spaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A background in retail or QSR is advantageous, but if you bring enthusiasm and a proactive mindset, the client is willing to provide training.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EPOS hardware and kiosks, Data Cabling (Cat5, Cat6), Fiber Cabling, Patch Paneling, Switches, Communication Units, and Routers.

• Certification: A CSCS/ECS card is preferred.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel, work away from home, and handle overnight shifts when required.

• Problem-Solver: You are quick-thinking and adaptable, thriving under pressure and enjoying challenges.
