Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Duna’s product.

• Serve as the technical liaison for integrations, onboarding processes, and product launches.

• Define technical requirements early in the implementation phase.

• Diagnose implementation challenges and guide customers towards scalable solutions.

• Work in tandem with product, engineering, and growth teams to enhance implementation processes and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to shaping Duna's customer interactions by refining documentation, tools, and procedures.
