This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical devices.
• Execute troubleshooting and basic service repairs on customer equipment.
• Support more seasoned field engineers with equipment installations and complex repairs.
• Actively collaborate with team members to provide suitable solutions for customers.
• Foster relationships with clients and ensure prompt communication and resolution of issues.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols.
• Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent military training along with 2 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• High school diploma/GED accompanied by 4 years of pertinent experience.
• Graduate of the GEHC Apprentice Program.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency with web applications and the Microsoft suite of products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Willingness to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends.
