This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Generate new business meetings for Courser's brands and take ownership of a quarterly meeting goal based on self-sourced leads. A meeting is considered successful if it is scheduled and attended with a new prospect that meets ICP criteria and is relevant to one of Courser's service offerings (managed services, cybersecurity, AI Pro Services, or others). Reporting includes both sourced (directly generated by the Specialist) and influenced (campaign-engaged prospects who convert through sales follow-up).
β’ Align campaign strategies with the specific Target Client Profile (TCP) of Courser's brands in the market. Understand how local MSP buyer profiles, regulated industry mixes, and regional dynamics vary from national trends. Create and manage target prospect lists in HubSpot, identifying new accounts in targeted verticals that current efforts do not address.
β’ Implement multi-channel outreach to Courser brand's prospect lists. Conduct email outreach campaigns and LinkedIn activities (including both paid account-based targeting and organic engagement). Organize direct mail and physical engagement programs (Sendoso, gift drops, hand-written notes) as follow-up support for AE prospecting and canvassing. Maintain sales alignment with AEs and BDRs to turn engagement into scheduled meetings.
β’ Organize periodic local events β typically 1β2 field activations per quarter (lunch & learns, sponsored seminars, executive dinners, webinars) β focused on generating initial meetings rather than just nurturing existing pipelines. Enhance specific Courser brand's local presence through community involvement, association memberships, and partnership development β supporting Courser's master brand while preserving local identity.
β’ Collaborate on campaigns with local leadership. Maintain a structured communication rhythm with the Regional President, Regional Sales Director (RSD), and sales leadership, covering campaign planning, ongoing execution, and post-campaign analysis. Schedule syncs and provide written status updates.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing for SMBs, with a proven track record of meeting volume or pipeline generation targets.
β’ Proficient in HubSpot β adept at building landing pages, configuring email workflows, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance reports.
β’ Strong written English skills with the ability to adapt outreach copy for a US business audience while retaining nuance.
β’ Ability to work asynchronously across time zones, with flexible hours during US business hours as needed for AE coordination, vendor communications, and event follow-ups.
β’ Exceptional project management skills β capable of overseeing 5β10 simultaneous activities (outreach campaigns, events at various stages, direct mail initiatives) without delays.
β’ Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environment with minimal direct supervision.
β’ Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
β’ 401(k) company match.
β’ Flexible vacation time.*
β’ Paid sick time.
β’ 10 Holidays including your Birthday and a Floating Holiday!
β’ Healthy Lifestyle reimbursement.
β’ Membership Subsidy.
β’ 40 Hours for Volunteer Time.
β’ Paid parental leave.
β’ Reimbursement for ongoing certifications.
