This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Guide, mentor, and recruit a top-tier solution engineering team focused on the Public Sector.
β’ Collaborate with sales leaders, General Managers, and partners to enhance pre-sales strategy, meet quotas, and improve team performance metrics.
β’ Act as an executive solution architect and trusted advisor to agency leaders and prime contractors.
β’ Ensure Claroty solutions meet the intricate cybersecurity and compliance requirements of Federal and SLED sectors.
β’ Relay field feedback and threat intelligence to the Product Management team.
β’ Promote sales through government contract vehicles such as GSA and SEWP.
β’ Represent Claroty as a thought leader at public sector conferences and events.
β’ Collaborate on essential customer escalations.
β’ Develop strategies to accelerate Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
β’ Facilitate technical training for internal teams, partners, and agency clients.
β’ Oversee regional technical pre-sales operations.
β’ Design enterprise zero-trust architectures.
β’ Provide mentorship to solution engineers across Federal, tribal, and SLED accounts.
β’ At least 7+ years of experience in a technical management role, Solutions Engineering leadership, or as a Field CTO within a cybersecurity product company or Public Sector practice.
β’ Practical technical knowledge in networks, database architecture, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity standards.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Public Sector acquisition processes, Federal procurement cycles, RFP/RFI responses, government contract vehicles (e.g., GSA Schedule), and partnerships with systems integrators/prime contractors.
β’ Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive-influencing abilities, emphasizing inclusive language and cross-departmental collaboration.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to lead, mentor, and build diverse teams while managing complex POCs, technical evaluation processes, and sales objectives from planning to closure.
β’ Familiarity with OT/ICS/CPS environments, mission work methodologies, and the operational culture within Federal, DoD, or SLED agencies.
β’ Active security clearance (e.g., Secret, TS/SCI) or the eligibility to obtain one.
β’ Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99 Cybersecurity).
β’ In-depth knowledge of key Federal cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards, including NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, CJIS, CMMC, DoD Zero Trust Architecture, and IEC 62443.
β’ Approximately 25β35% travel required for customer meetings, agency briefings, and industry events.
