This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise IT and operations across various countries, encompassing network, cybersecurity, endpoints, service desk, identity, and access management.

• Manage internal business systems, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations, and the reporting infrastructure.

• Administer a portfolio of client-facing platforms across two regions, focusing on maintenance, strategic roadmap, and connectivity.

• Promote the adoption of AI and automation with business teams to streamline processes and implement growth-enhancing tools.

• Oversee technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and managed service arrangements.

• Lead a distributed technology team spanning several countries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading technology initiatives within a mid-sized organization, addressing both internal corporate systems and client-facing products.

• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, M365.

• Hands-on experience with contemporary tools.

• Demonstrable track record in managing vendors, licensing, and technology expenditures.

• Comfortable operating across different countries and time zones.

• Practical, business-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with data platform projects: Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Fabric, Power BI (beneficial but not mandatory).

• Experience in a business that has recently undergone ownership changes or has become an independent entity (beneficial but not mandatory).

• Experience in the energy sector (preferred but not required).
