This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Provide case assistance to physicians across designated territories.
• Deliver procedural case coverage for peripheral and coronary interventional procedures during both pre-market and post-market phases.
• Play an essential role in clinical studies, including device training and case support.
• Ensure timely data collection for clinical programs.
• Present clinical study training materials aligned with investigational plans to ensure the safe and effective utilization of medical devices.
• Manage relationships with key study investigators and nurture connections with medical advisors.
• Collaborate with clinical research colleagues to satisfy business needs, including site retraining and data collection.
• Perform administrative tasks such as training on procedures, and managing territory travel and budgets.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience directly supporting interventional or surgical procedures in a hospital environment, or 1 year of industry or hospital-based life sciences sales support experience.
• Cardiovascular industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with clinical research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office products, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of finance and budgeting.
• Effective prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding critical thinking skills.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation capabilities.
