This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Initiate, execute, and monitor clinical trials
• Assist in research and development to assess new product ideas and enhance existing offerings
• Act as a technical liaison among engineering, clinical research, and the medical community
• Deliver training on company products to both current and prospective customers
• Implement the defined training program at clinical trial locations
• Engage in the creation of clinical documentation, including work instructions, training guides, clinical protocols, source documents, case report forms, clinical reports, and patient recruitment resources
• Support internal core teams and clinical sites with device oversight, patient recruitment, regulatory adherence, and data management
• Offer technical support to clinical trial locations
• Assist Commercial Operations with onboarding and training for commercial sites
• Partner with physicians and key clinical stakeholders on procedural development and product insights
• Collaborate with KOLs and clinical and scientific teams on SAINT publications
• Represent Magnus at scientific conferences through poster and abstract presentations, exhibits, and related activities
• Provide technical insights to R&D and software engineering teams for testing models and methods relevant to clinical product evaluations
• Conduct activities in accordance with relevant SOPs
• Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Biological Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or an equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills with a proven history of collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working alongside physicians and senior-level attendings
• Demonstrated experience in presenting scientific data and a solid publication track record
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight and multi-day trips
• Familiarity with medical terminology and a comprehensive understanding of brain anatomy
• Knowledge of current treatments for depression and experience working with psychiatric patients
• Extensive knowledge in the neuroscience of the human brain
• In-depth understanding of TMS and Neuronavigation clinical and/or commercial practices
• Proven experience in training on the safe use of medical devices (e.g., TMS, robotic systems)
• Comprehensive clinical, technical, and design control knowledge to work with a cross-functional team to discover, define, develop, and validate new products
