Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct and oversee on-site insurance property claim inventory tasks in accordance with SOS field inventory protocols.

• Complete assigned responsibilities in alignment with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.

• Support business development initiatives for both new and existing service offerings.

• Foster, develop, and maintain relationships with adjusters to aid in customer retention and repeat engagement.

• Maintain daily communication with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational challenges and enhancements.

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and safety regulations.

• Assume additional duties as assigned.

• Execute work assignments safely and accurately, following Enservio safety standards.

• Willingness to travel to various site locations within the designated geographic area.

• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical limitations.

• Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision.

• Valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle available for use.
