Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee on-site insurance property claim inventory tasks in accordance with field inventory protocols.

• Fulfill assigned responsibilities in line with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.

• Support business development for both new and existing service offerings.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships with adjusters to facilitate retention and repeat business.

• Engage in daily communication with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational concerns and enhancements.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Carry out tasks safely and accurately following Enservio's safety standards.

• Strong skills in problem-solving, project management, customer service, analysis, interpersonal communication, writing, and verbal communication.

• Professional appearance for both personal and vehicle.

• Capability to operate in challenging conditions and manage post-loss insurance claims.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

• Results-driven with the capability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Willingness to travel to various site locations within the designated geographic area.

• Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds without any physical limitations.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for work use.

• Experience in property and casualty claims is advantageous.

• Background in the restoration industry is a plus.
