Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage on-site inventory assignments for insurance property claims in accordance with SOS field inventory protocols.

• Execute assigned responsibilities diligently while aligning with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.

• Support business development initiatives for both new and existing service offerings.

• Foster, develop, and maintain customer relationships with adjusters to facilitate retention and encourage repeat business.

• Engage in daily communication with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational challenges and enhancements.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

• Carry out work assignments safely and in accordance with Enservio's safety standards.

• Capability to work in challenging environments and with post-loss insurance claims.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

• Results-driven and effective in a team setting.

• Experience in Property and Casualty claims is advantageous.

• Background in the restoration industry is a benefit.

• Willingness to travel to various site locations within the designated geographic area.

• Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for work-related use.
