Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute on-site insurance property claim inventory tasks in accordance with field inventory protocols

• Fulfill assigned responsibilities in line with departmental, operational, and corporate objectives

• Support business development initiatives for both new and existing service offerings

• Foster, cultivate, and sustain customer relationships with adjusters to enhance retention and encourage repeat usage

• Engage in daily communication with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational challenges and enhancements

• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Manage post-loss insurance claims under challenging conditions

• Execute tasks safely following Enservio's safety protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional personal organization and leadership capabilities

• Results-driven with the capacity to achieve goals within a team setting

• Willingness to travel to job sites within your geographical area

• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds without physical limitations

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle

• Experience in Property and Casualty claims is a plus

• Background in the restoration industry is advantageous
