Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments in accordance with SOS field inventory procedures.

• Carry out designated tasks diligently in alignment with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.

• Provide support for business development initiatives related to new and existing service offerings.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships with adjusters to facilitate retention and repeat engagements.

• Maintain daily communication with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational challenges and enhancements.

• Adhere to all standard operating and safety protocols.

• Assume additional responsibilities as directed.

• Execute work assignments safely and efficiently in challenging, post-loss insurance claim environments.

• Exceptional customer service skills when dealing with client policyholders and insurance company claims personnel.

• Professional appearance both personally and in vehicle presentation.

• Capability to operate in adverse conditions and manage post-loss insurance claims.

• Ability to perform tasks safely in accordance with Enservio safety guidelines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.

• Superior personal organization and leadership qualities.

• Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a team setting.

• Experience in Property and Casualty claims is advantageous.

• Background in the restoration industry is a plus.

• Willingness to travel to various site locations within the designated geographic area.

• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical limitations.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for work purposes.
