Field-Based Appliance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional in-home service experiences for clients

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances such as: Refrigerators, Washers & Dryers, Gas & Electric Ranges, Dishwashers, and Microwave Ovens

• Troubleshoot and repair sealed refrigeration systems

• Inform customers about repairs, maintenance, and suggestions

• Use mobile technology to handle work orders in a paperless setting

• Keep up-to-date with the latest appliance and smart-home technologies

• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training

• Operate company vehicles safely while maintaining a professional appearance

• Consistently provide a 5-star customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Experience in repairing sealed refrigeration systems

• Preferred background in appliance repair

• Consideration for HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience

• Customer-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills

• Capacity to work independently and effectively manage daily routes

• Eagerness to continue learning and advancing within the field

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual abilities are an advantage
