This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist the commercial team, contracts team, project managers, and engineers in acquiring new business and facilitating the sales process from opportunity identification to finalization.

• Communicate with customers regarding products and services, leveraging technical expertise in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical fields.

• Evaluate customer requirements and suggest customized products and services.

• Aid in tenders by preparing bids, proposals, and presentations.

• Conduct product demonstrations and advocate for value-selling strategies.

• Formulate medium- to long-term business growth strategies and enhance customer relationships.

• Create process concepts, descriptions, workflows, and diagrams.

• Establish new customer contacts.

• Engage in major exhibitions.

• Offer technical assistance to commercial and project teams to provide solutions focused on customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanics, automation, chemistry, pharmaceutical/biotechnology engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biopharmaceutical industry, particularly with powder handling and high containment processes and applications.

• Proven experience in managing a combination of face-to-face and/or remote meetings with new or existing clients.

• Ability to evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and/or solutions.

• Technically inclined with strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Financially savvy and commercially credible with clients.

• Fluent in Spanish and possess C1-C2 (CEFR) proficiency in English.

• Enjoy collaborative work and communication among various contacts.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM application and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
