This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage customer inquiries and issues on a daily basis through email, phone, and, if necessary, in-person interactions.
• Provide support for post-sales processes and systems.
• Assist in optimizing processes at customer locations, via phone, or through email communication.
• Conduct system demonstrations either at the office with customers present or by processing parts and delivering finished components along with a comprehensive report.
• Develop and enhance applications to meet client goals and user requirements.
• Serve as a technical consultant for Sales and Service teams.
• Contribute to the creation of system manuals and other relevant documentation.
• Install machines at customer sites.
• Support demonstrations, system buy-offs, system/process development, troubleshooting, pre-sales assistance, customer process evaluations, evaluation reports, system configuration for quotes, and solutions for machine-related issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in fluid applications/process engineering or customer-facing technical project roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-specific practices, particularly conformal coating or SMT processes.
• Preferred experience working with chemicals and solvents.
• Basic understanding of electronics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Strong skills in customer service, sales, and marketing.
• Willingness to travel to China and Mexico for training purposes.
• Ability to work in settings that involve moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical currents, scaffolding and heights, high temperatures, and chemicals.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, standing or walking for extended periods, moving objects, and exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Close visual acuity for data analysis, computer-terminal work, reading, visual inspections, measurement tasks, and assembly or fabrication activities.
