Field Applications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with the post-sales team

• Deliver extensive support to key accounts

• Partner closely with product and engineering teams

• Actively engage with customers to cultivate best practices

• Facilitate customer training sessions

• Offer prompt and effective technical assistance

• Lead and assist in pre-sales pilot initiatives

• Provide technical oversight during pilot engagements

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field

• Exhibit outstanding troubleshooting abilities across software, hardware, and network components

• Strong problem-solving capabilities are essential

• Significant experience and proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in OT networking

• Familiarity with at least one general programming language, such as SQL or Python

• At least 2 years of experience in project management
