Field Application Engineer – High Power Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical representative and subject matter expert for Bizlink’s data center power solutions.

• Offer comprehensive support, guidance on solution design, and troubleshooting to enhance product adoption and implementation.

• Establish and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders among customers.

• Regularly perform on-site visits to facilitate product integration and resolve issues.

• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to inform customers about product capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in customer-facing positions, ideally within a technical or sales context.

• A solid understanding of High-Power architecture and components relevant to datacenter, networking, storage, and compute technologies.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or CREO is preferred for design and documentation purposes.

• Knowledge of the IT infrastructure industry, including CSPs and ODMs, is advantageous.
