Field Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Execute repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services for roofing systems.

• Assist in daily field operations while prioritizing safety and quality standards.

• Maintain effective communication with clients.

• Complete reporting using digital platforms.

• Work in collaboration with Field Support to enhance processes.

• Undertake additional related tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

• Willingness to travel weekly across a designated region, with the possibility of overnight stays.

• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks on rooftops, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using technology, such as smartphones and tablets.

• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based setting.

• Competence in utilizing digital reporting tools.

• Experience in commercial roofing or construction is advantageous but not essential.

• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
