Field Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct repairs and inspections of roofing systems, gather information for quotes, and provide maintenance and grease containment services.

• Assist in daily operations while prioritizing safety and quality standards.

• Maintain effective communication with clients.

• Complete digital reporting tasks.

• Work in collaboration with Field Support to enhance operational processes.

• Execute physically demanding tasks on rooftops, which include lifting, bending, climbing, and adapting to varying weather conditions.

• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

• Weekly travel within the assigned region is required, potentially including overnight stays.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to work autonomously in a field-based setting.

• Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting applications.

• Ability to undertake physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.

• Experience in commercial roofing or construction is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
