This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Surpasses sales and profit targets within a specified territory
• Promotes growth by acquiring profitable new accounts through industry analysis, networking, and proactive outreach
• Effectively manages sales and customer retention strategies to improve overall sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Develops a strategic sales call itinerary and conducts face-to-face customer visits to uncover essential opportunities
• Identifies, cultivates, and sustains a pipeline of qualified accounts
• Concentrates on new account opportunities by employing effective cold calling techniques
• Executes approved sales strategies to reach desired sales goals and nurture valuable customer relationships
• Leverages Salesforce reporting and data analysis to uncover opportunities within the territory for achieving sales and revenue growth objectives
• Over 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
• Capability to prioritize sales activities alongside administrative responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is preferred
• Ability to develop and implement a strategic sales plan to manage the existing customer base
• Education typically requires a BS/BA in a related field
• Generally requires 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field OR an MS/MA with typically 3-5 years of experience in a related field
