This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Propel revenue growth by actively selling the Lab Essentials portfolio within the designated territory, which includes Lab Weighing, Lab Water, Liquid Handling, Microbiology & Filtration.
• Oversee all sales performance for mid-sized and large accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
• Discover and cultivate new business opportunities that align with market and growth objectives.
• Establish, manage, and maintain robust customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) effectively to oversee leads, opportunities, customer engagements, and sales activities, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze SFDC data to recognize trends, generate customer insights, and monitor sales performance.
• Create and implement account plans, coordinating internal resources and cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and account success.
• Advocate for newly launched products and services while ensuring effective execution of sales initiatives.
• Evaluate customer needs, address inquiries, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Organize and engage in marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Continuously assess customer potential and translate findings into sustainable business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 35% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering; advanced education is preferable.
• Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, ideally in laboratory or process-oriented life science settings.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM systems, demonstrating proactive daily usage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities coupled with a results-driven approach.
• High degree of self-motivation, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Openness and readiness to travel frequently within the territory.
• Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office.
