This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Overseeing customer retention plans and actions to safeguard base revenue.
• Developing and executing effective account and territory strategies that encompass a sales approach aimed at fostering new business growth.
• Managing all necessary resources to drive new business, including revenue forecasting and establishing key contacts and business relationships within designated accounts.
• Assisting the National Account Manager with on-site visits, product demonstrations, and customer education initiatives.
• Securing appointments, collecting information on customer requirements, and positioning LexisNexis Risk Solutions products as solutions to their business challenges.
• Addressing customer objections, negotiating prices and contracts, and finalizing sales.
• Employing gap analysis techniques to identify incremental opportunities within current accounts.
• Engaging with decision-makers in accounts to assess business needs and identify new business opportunities.
• Creating a planning regimen to track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, target specific sales activities, and analyze competitive threats.
• Collaborating closely within a team environment alongside sales support and technical implementation staff to meet customer requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience, with relevant industry or product knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Robust organizational and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
