Federal Physical AI Business Development Lead

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable strategic advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the partner ecosystem within the Federal Physical AI Ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional partners to promote the adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

• Propel essential business opportunities by showcasing innovative solutions that incorporate the core NVIDIA stack into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.

• Provide guidance on go-to-market resources, including solution briefs, business cases, demonstration pipelines, and tools that illustrate the application of technologies in addressing real-world challenges across both the Federal and commercial ecosystems.

• Assist partners and startups in navigating onboarding and integration with NVIDIA's programs, encouraging co-innovation and the creation of next-generation solutions.

• Map, track, and monitor the partner ecosystem to discover growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape strategies for market expansion.

• Collaborate across functions with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to enhance partner engagement and refine adoption strategies.

• Interact with partner business teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify objectives, resolve business issues, and advocate for best practices in successful integrations.

• Represent and champion partner needs and feedback to NVIDIA's internal product and engineering teams, providing actionable insights from field engagements to influence product roadmaps.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology sector, focusing on business development, strategic partnerships, or technical sales.

• A minimum of 5+ years of direct hands-on experience within the Federal ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Extensive knowledge of the Federal Physical AI Ecosystem, including high-performance computing, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and/or industry-specific frameworks and solutions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Experience in leading strategic collaborations with engineering and product teams, encompassing solution design, business case development, executive presentations, and the delivery of technical or business workshops.

• Demonstrated capability to structure and execute complex strategic initiatives, negotiate agreements, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (including sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as necessary).
