Federal Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert and lead for intricate contracting and relationship processes involving significant federal and high-value clients, such as the Administrative Office of the Courts, Department of Justice, IRS/Treasury, Department of Homeland Security, and New York Courts.

• Enhance the success of a designated book of business by promoting client satisfaction, retention, and fostering long-term account growth.

• Create and execute strategies to guarantee adherence to federal regulations and customer specifications.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to synchronize contracting strategies (cooperative agreements, MSAs).

• Collaborate with the procurement team to provide guidance on their overall processes and strategic agreements.

• Engage with General Counsel and cross-functional teams regarding the evolving AI requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree is preferred.

• Significant experience in complex contracting, demonstrating a robust understanding of government procurement processes.

• A proven history of managing high-value contracts and nurturing customer relationships.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams and forge strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

• Experience in the AI/Legal Tech sectors is an advantage.
