This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Serve as the subject matter expert and lead for intricate contracting and relationship processes involving significant federal and high-value clients, such as the Administrative Office of the Courts, Department of Justice, IRS/Treasury, Department of Homeland Security, and New York Courts.
β’ Enhance the success of a designated book of business by promoting client satisfaction, retention, and fostering long-term account growth.
β’ Create and execute strategies to guarantee adherence to federal regulations and customer specifications.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to synchronize contracting strategies (cooperative agreements, MSAs).
β’ Collaborate with the procurement team to provide guidance on their overall processes and strategic agreements.
β’ Engage with General Counsel and cross-functional teams regarding the evolving AI requirements.
β’ A law degree is preferred.
β’ Significant experience in complex contracting, demonstrating a robust understanding of government procurement processes.
β’ A proven history of managing high-value contracts and nurturing customer relationships.
β’ Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams and forge strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.
β’ Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
β’ Experience in the AI/Legal Tech sectors is an advantage.
