📋 Description

• In the role of Regional Manager for Central EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Arc’teryx retail within one of our key regions.

• By leading a team of outstanding Store Managers, you will foster an environment that promotes individual growth, community development, and provides guests with the ultimate experience of our brand.

• You will be responsible for regional performance across our Brand Stores and Factory Outlets, ensuring a balance between commercial success and an unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction.

• Through effective leadership, strategic insight, and valuable partnerships, you will motivate teams to meet ambitious objectives while upholding the integrity of the Arc’teryx brand.

• In addition to achieving results, you will enhance capabilities, cultivate future leaders, and strengthen our ties with local outdoor communities, making sure every store embodies our values and mission.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating a successful history of team leadership and excellence in retail operations.

• You have experience in retail operations and district management for owned retail, with a strong understanding of the requirements necessary for retail success.

• You excel as a people leader, capable of inspiring and engaging individuals to foster collaboration and shared objectives in your area.

• You are driven by a passion for the guest experience and are committed to delivering outstanding service.

• You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, and can articulate strategies and concepts fluently in both German and English.

• You have strong interpersonal skills and are at ease interacting with a variety of personalities.

• You are a trusted advisor with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders on a global scale.

• You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a history of strategic planning.

• You are proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• You possess strong decision-making abilities and are proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing effective solutions.

• You remain adaptable and flexible when faced with uncertainty.

• You strike a balance between autonomy and collaboration effectively.

• You pursue the best solutions, often choosing the more challenging path, with steadfast commitment.

• Your enthusiasm for your work is matched by your love for the outdoors and living out your passion.

• You are open to travel and can work on weekends or holidays as needed by the business.
