District Execution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in District meetings to convey service metrics and other relevant information;

• Oversee Managers' involvement in the SSC-led captainship program;

• Responsible for addressing and following up on merchandising concerns.

• Uphold, maintain, and support all legal company policies and positions;

• Coach and mentor direct reports, providing continuous performance feedback;

• Offer guidance, establish priorities, and assist with assigned tasks;

• Ensure the execution of staffing, training, rewards, and recognition;

• Set and communicate expectations;

• Conduct store visits and review reports from day and night teams;

• Accountable for the team's key deliverables;

• Provide direction on merchandising initiatives and special projects;

• Hold the team accountable for managing expenses.

• Leverage the regional captainship program to identify and resolve both local and national issues;

• Use interactive reporting to gather key merchandising and operational reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Tableau is required.

• Knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) is necessary.

• Understanding of HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract) is essential.

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

• Ability to articulate complex or technical concepts and processes in understandable terms for diverse audiences.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in retrieving, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data using web-based programs and handheld devices.

• Experience in the retail merchandising service industry or with large-scale retailers managing multiple locations.

• Background in merchandising.

• Project Management experience is a plus.

• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience with large teams.

• Must possess a valid state driver's license and proof of insurance.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• Requires daily non-overnight travel up to 100% of the time.
