This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead the growth of Civilian federal accounts with a primary focus on acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and creating a robust pipeline across agencies such as DHS, HHS, and Treasury.
• Strengthen and rebuild direct relationships with mission owners, technical leads, program offices, and executive stakeholders within Civilian agencies.
• Reinitiate stalled discussions and generate new pipeline opportunities through direct outreach and active agency engagement.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions that establish Oxygen as a reliable mission partner rather than just a transactional vendor.
• Manage the complete federal sales process from prospecting to closing, which includes shaping requirements, positioning solutions, pricing, developing proposals, negotiating, and executing contracts.
• Collaborate closely with our channel ecosystem to navigate procurement vehicles and contracting pathways while maintaining primary ownership of customer relationships and demand generation efforts.
• Craft compelling responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs in partnership with our internal proposal, technical, and product teams.
• Uphold disciplined pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Act as a credible internal representative regarding agency sentiment, mission priorities, and procurement trends, ensuring alignment of our product, support, and leadership teams with the actual needs of Civilian customers.
• Minimum of five years of direct federal enterprise sales experience in software, cybersecurity, digital forensics, or related technical solutions, along with a proven track record of achieving quotas and creating pipelines.
• Proven success in advancing and closing business within Civilian agencies, with verifiable achievements, procurement pathways, and contract values.
• Established relationships with federal agencies and the ability to leverage these connections for direct engagement and pipeline development.
• In-depth understanding of federal acquisition cycles, budget structures, and decision-making processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive briefings and develop proposals.
• Strong discipline in managing pipelines and accuracy in forecasting.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Washington, D.C., and other federal locations.
