This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Create and execute detailed account strategies that promote long-term success, client satisfaction, and revenue enhancement.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at NASA, resulting in broadened client bases and improved market presence.
• Collaborate with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to provide tailored technology solutions that meet client demands, including high-performance computing, data storage, networking, cybersecurity, and more.
• Oversee account relationships at the senior level, developing strategic sales initiatives and negotiating complex agreements to ensure client success and profitability.
• Remain informed about industry trends to suggest innovative products and services that assist clients in optimizing their IT infrastructures.
• 6+ years of experience in field-based technology sales, specifically targeting NASA and other Federal Civilian agencies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Government contracting and established relationships within the Federal sector, particularly with Civilian agencies.
• Existing client connections that you are prepared to engage with to compete for their business.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage, influence, and persuade stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• High level of proficiency in cold calling and developing personalized messaging to initiate significant discussions showcasing Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities.
• Proven expertise in solution-oriented selling and consultative sales methodologies to effectively address complex customer requirements.
• Resilient, self-driven, and goal-focused, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing revenue and margin targets, effectively identifying and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, with experience engaging key decision-makers and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Extensive knowledge of leading technologies and OEMs in data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, modern workplace collaboration, and cloud solutions.
