This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
β’ Develop and execute detailed account strategies that promote long-term success, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
β’ Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers within the VA, VHA, VBA, and NCA, resulting in a broader customer base and greater market penetration.
β’ Collaborate with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to provide tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements, including Network Solutions, Security & Mobility, and Virtualization.
β’ Oversee account relationships through senior-level engagements, devising strategic sales plans, and negotiating intricate deals that guarantee customer success and profitability.
β’ Remain informed about industry developments to suggest innovative products and services that assist clients in optimizing their IT environments.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in field-based technology sales, specifically targeting Federal Civilian accounts such as Veterans Affairs and its associated agencies (VHA, VBA, NCA).
β’ Profound knowledge of Federal Government contracting and established relationships within the Federal industry, particularly with Civilian agencies.
β’ Existing client connections that you are prepared to leverage in pursuit of their business.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and persuading stakeholders at various organizational levels.
β’ High proficiency in cold calling and crafting individualized messaging to initiate significant discussions that highlight Paragon Microβs solution capabilities.
β’ Proven expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales techniques to effectively address complex customer requirements.
β’ Resilient, self-driven, and goal-focused, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass revenue and margin objectives, successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
β’ Strong relationship-building abilities, with experience in engaging key decision-makers and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
β’ Extensive knowledge of industry-leading technologies and OEMs related to data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, modern workplace collaboration, cloud, and clinical IT.
