
Federal Account Executive β Civilian Independent Agencies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
β’ Create and execute detailed account plans that promote long-term success, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Civilian Independent Agencies, leading to the expansion of customer bases and increased market share.
β’ Collaborate with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to provide tailored technology solutions that meet client needs, including Secure Storage, Network Solutions, Security & Mobility, and Cloud services.
β’ Oversee account relationships through senior-level engagements, developing strategic sales plans and negotiating complex agreements that guarantee customer success and profitability.
β’ Keep abreast of industry trends to propose innovative products and services that assist clients in optimizing their IT environments.
β’ Minimum of 6 years of technology sales experience in the field, particularly with Federal Civilian accounts such as CFPB, FCC, NSF, NTSB, NRC, NARA, and Peace Corps.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Federal Government contracting and established relationships within the Federal sector, especially with Civilian agencies.
β’ Established client relationships that you are prepared to leverage to compete for their business.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and persuade stakeholders at all organizational levels.
β’ High level of proficiency in cold calling and developing personalized messaging to initiate impactful conversations that highlight Paragon Microβs solution offerings.
β’ Proven experience in solution-based selling and consultative sales techniques to effectively address complex customer requirements.
β’ Resilient, self-driven, and goal-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
β’ Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing revenue and margin objectives, with success in identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
β’ Strong skills in relationship-building, with experience engaging key decision-makers and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
β’ Extensive knowledge of leading industry technologies and OEMs in data center, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, modern workplace collaboration, and cloud solutions.
