📋 Description

• Oversee the long-form content production for ITPro

• Hire and coordinate both internal and external writers

• Schedule publications and edit written materials

• Enhance audience interaction with long-form content

• Expand content visibility across various channels, including SEO, LLMs, and more

• Support commercial initiatives and special project tasks

• Collaborate with other teams to generate ideas for commercial content campaigns

• Conduct audience surveys and compile research reports

• Represent the brand at industry events and engage with experts

• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities

• Proven experience in planning and executing long-form content strategies and special projects

• Background in developing individual writers and long-form content teams

• Ability to lead by example, motivate colleagues, and establish a clear vision for success

• Experience in collaborating with teams and partners to build a thriving B2B division
