This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the implementation of FCV sales and growth strategies in the UK and Ireland to meet bookings, revenue, and market share objectives.
• Drive the growth of FCV Spare Parts by identifying, nurturing, and converting opportunities with the Field Sales team and the ASP network.
• Oversee the Hungary-based Inside Sales team, focusing on quote strategy, optimization, responsiveness, and conversion rates.
• Maintain the integrity of CRM data and pipeline health; manage quote follow-ups and deliver sales forecasts, market activity insights, and customer feedback updates.
• Aid in strategic industry initiatives and business plans to enhance Emerson’s market presence.
• Develop intelligence on the installed base and promote lifecycle extension and upgrade campaigns for aging or high-risk control valves.
• Create and execute strategic STO/account plans to boost Spare Parts penetration and long-term customer value.
• Conduct customer visits, walkdowns, and site surveys to uncover installed base upgrade opportunities.
• Collaborate with product specialists and engineering teams to provide customized upgrade and retrofit solutions.
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships across various organizational levels.
• Support the growth and development of the ASP program throughout the UK and Ireland.
• Monitor and report on order intake, win rates, conversion effectiveness, and loss analysis.
• Disseminate market intelligence, customer insights, competitor activities, and product developments among the FCV team.
• Established experience within the control valve sector with a solid grasp of valve applications and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills suitable for cross-functional and matrix organizations.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in industrial or process sectors.
• Proficient in business systems and reporting tools, including CRM platforms, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
• Capability to communicate at both technical and commercial levels to address customer challenges and seize opportunities.
• Understanding of commercial drivers, sales negotiation processes, and customer decision-making frameworks.
• Willingness and adaptability to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
• Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Possession of a full, clean driving license.
• A degree or HNC in Engineering or a business-related field, or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
