
FC Operations Coordinator – Platform Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of daily coordination and follow-up for all FC Problem Solver tasks by ensuring that each item has clear ownership, visibility, timelines, and status of resolution.
• Oversee and sustain the intake and ticketing workflow by prioritizing incoming requests, directing work appropriately, and making sure no items remain unresolved without documented action plans.
• Accurately track, verify, and close operational tasks while proactively escalating blockers, risks, or stalled work with the necessary context for leadership intervention.
• Develop and maintain reporting that offers clear visibility into ongoing work, timelines for resolution, recurring issues, and the overall performance of the FC Problem Solver.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Account Managers, and FC leadership to provide timely communication, operational updates, and proactive escalation support that safeguards brand and fulfillment operations.
• Proven experience in managing task tracking, work queues, or project coordination within a fast-paced operational setting.
• Expertise in workflow and task management tools such as Process Street, ticketing systems, or comparable operational platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise status updates and reports to multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to manage and prioritize a high-volume queue of operational tasks while ensuring urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Experience in supporting e-commerce, fulfillment center, or 3PL operations, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting tools, WMS platforms, or AI-supported operational workflows preferred.
