FBS RPA Developer, UiPath

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Delivers a high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications.

• Comprehends business objectives and determines how IT can effectively support them.

• Oversees the conceptual design of business applications.

• Reviews and validates the technical designs for business applications provided by suppliers.

• Conducts quality review checks on project deliverables.

• Validates supplier estimates.

• Performs impact analysis of application modifications across various components.

• Reviews and confirms the detailed technical design for business applications supplied by vendors to ensure it aligns with business requirements.

• Assesses current operations to identify tasks best suited for automation.

• Designs, develops, and tests scalable automation workflows utilizing core RPA platforms.

• Connects software robots to enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and databases via APIs.

• Monitors bot performance, resolves production issues, and updates robots when underlying application interfaces change.

• Creates and maintains technical specifications, process definition documents (PDDs), and end-user guides.

• Collaborates with stakeholders and business owners, conducting testing and providing BAU support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in RPA Automation.

• Practical experience with industry-standard tools such as UiPath and Power Automate.

• Knowledge of database querying.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities under ambiguous conditions, and the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
