This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Responsible for routine data collection, preparation, and administrative support for complaint response activities managed by Regulatory Affairs Specialists.
• Assists with work queue assignments, uploads data to state regulatory portals, and performs other technical tasks necessary for timely regulatory reporting.
• Escalates intricate matters to specialists or management.
• Generates standard and limited ad hoc reports concerning complaint and regulatory functions using predefined templates and procedures.
• Gathers and organizes complaint, policy, billing, and related business information for internal and/or external reporting in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborates with Product, Billing, Claims, Service, IT, and other business partners to secure documentation, confirm data requirements, and direct policy or billing-related inquiries.
• Executes data uploads to state regulatory portals and aids in ensuring timely regulatory reporting in line with instructions and established guidelines.
• Maintains tracking of complaint files, work assignment queues, portal records, data dictionary fields, and other metadata updates as directed.
• Reviews assigned information for accuracy, consistency, and apparent data issues; escalates discrepancies or unusual inquiries to Regulatory Affairs Specialists or management.
• Investigates and assesses policy processing transactions to assist Regulatory Affairs Specialists in resolving complaints.
• Aids in the formulation of strategies to address trends in complaints.
• Engages in departmental and team discussions to analyze trends in complaints.
• Supports Regulatory Affairs Specialists with data requests, premium surveys, market conduct examinations, and investigations.
