• Complete responsibility for the execution and management of performance marketing through paid social and native media platforms.
• Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Efficiently manage builds and production from start to finish, ensuring redundancy across channels and collaborating with Specialists on teams as necessary.
• Lead the execution of optimizations aimed at enhancing performance in relation to established goals.
• Oversee client budgets and provide expert advice on budget adjustments as needed.
• Take charge of strategic internal communication for client teams.
• Proactively communicate with the team regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items, coordinating tactical needs with Specialists where relevant.
• Prepare weekly client progress summaries that highlight performance insights and future recommendations.
• Demonstrate excellent marketing and business strategy expertise.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel and the execution process via paid social and paid media.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of the eCommerce model and lead generation strategies.
• Capable of navigating obstacles and modifying strategies in response to changes in the landscape to achieve desired outcomes.
• Responsible for performance reporting and strategy communications.
• Execute performance reporting from A-Z, including the creation of high-quality presentations.
• Utilize data effectively to narrate a story and present results to clients and key stakeholders, outlining clear next steps.
• Implement AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to your department.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with 1-2 years in an agency environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in Direct Response marketing, particularly in E-Commerce, Lead Generation, or B2B.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Meta Ads for direct response initiatives.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation.
• Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficient in Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and the role of paid media within that funnel.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is required for this position.
