This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls.

• Thoughtfully engage with customers to comprehend their needs.

• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries.

• Offer clear and precise information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options.

• Handle a substantial volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism.

• Adhere to a predetermined schedule, including specified breaks and lunches.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Farsi.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness toward customers' needs.

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications.

• A designated home workspace that is free from distractions.

• A secure high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 25 mbps.
